How it works on every platform
Whatever your site is built with, the assistant does the same job: it answers visitors' questions from your own information, says so when your information does not cover a question, and passes the conversation to you by e-mail, Slack, Discord or Telegram when a person is needed.
- Sign up with your e-mail at 7x24hrs.com/start and enter your website's address. We read its public pages in about a minute.
- Try it before installing. Chat with your assistant on the setup page and see which common questions your website already answers.
- Paste one line of code into the part of your site builder that adds code to every page (usually called custom code, footer code or code injection).
- Open your website once. The chat button appears in the bottom-right corner and your dashboard switches to Connected.
The line looks like this. Yours carries your own site id, and the dashboard gives it to you ready to copy:
<script src="https://7x24hrs.com/widget.js" data-store="site_…" async></script>Shopify or a script tag: what is different

Your platform is not listed?
If your site builder lets you add code before the closing </body> tag on every page, the assistant works there. Look for a setting named “custom code”, “footer code”, “scripts”, “code injection” or “tracking code”. On a hand-built site, paste the line into the template or layout that every page uses. It also works on localhost while you test. The general guide is how to add an AI chatbot to your website.
The chat only answers on the domain you registered (with or without www). A copied line on someone else's website does nothing, so your conversations are never spent by another site.
