Delivery tracking: know which packages need you, and let the assistant answer the rest

On every paid plan, we check your shipped orders once a day. Packages that are stuck, failed or late are listed in your dashboard and sent to you once, and when a customer asks where their package is, your assistant checks the order number and e-mail address first, then gives the latest status.

What it does

  • Checks every day the orders shipped in the last 45 days that have not arrived.
  • Flags problems: no news for 5 days, a failed delivery or a package going back, or not delivered 10 days after shipping (25 days for international orders). You can change these numbers.
  • Listens to customers: when someone says in the chat that a package shows as delivered but did not arrive, you hear about it at once.
  • Tells you once by e-mail and in the chat apps you connected, and again only if something changes. The list in your dashboard has the order, the customer, the tracking number, the last event and a ready-made e-mail to the customer.
  • Answers customers: “where is my package?” gets the latest status, the last event and the expected delivery date when the carrier gives one, only after the order number and the e-mail address both match.

Getting your orders in

Shopify stores have nothing to do: shipped orders are read automatically. Other websites choose one of three ways in the dashboard, under Delivery tracking.

1. Upload an order table

A CSV file with one line per package. Upload it again whenever you like: packages are updated by their tracking number. The dashboard has a template to download, and tells you line by line what could not be used.

ColumnRequiredExample
order_numberYes1001
emailYes[email protected]
tracking_numberYes1Z999AA10123456784
shipped_dateYes2026-10-20
customer_nameNoAnn Lee
carrierNo (recognised when empty)UPS
countryNo (two letters)US

2. Send shipments through the API

Create an API key in your dashboard under Chat apps & API, then send each shipment as it leaves, with the same fields as the table. One request takes one shipment or a list of up to 500.

curl https://7x24hrs.com/v1/shipments -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" -H "Content-Type: application/json" -d '{"order_number":"1001","email":"[email protected]","tracking_number":"1Z999AA10123456784","carrier":"UPS","shipped_date":"2026-10-20","country":"US"}'

The answer says how many were added and updated, and which ones were rejected and why. To stop following an order: curl -X DELETE https://7x24hrs.com/v1/shipments/1001 -H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"

3. Connect WooCommerce

  1. In WordPress, open WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and add a key with Read permission.
  2. In your dashboard, under Delivery tracking, paste the shop address, the consumer key and the consumer secret, and press Test and connect.
  3. Once a day we read your completed and processing orders of the last 45 days, with the tracking numbers that shipment-tracking plugins save on them. Orders without a tracking number we can read are counted, so you can add them with a table or the API.

The key is stored encrypted and is only used to read orders. Customers' e-mail addresses and tracking numbers are deleted with the rest of your data when you delete your website or account.

Questions

Which plans include delivery tracking?

Every paid plan. The free plan does not include it. See pricing.

Will the assistant tell anyone where an order is?

No. It needs the order number and the e-mail address used for the order, and both have to match. Otherwise it says they did not match and offers to try again or pass the question to you.

What if a package has no news at all?

It is still followed by its shipping date, and listed as late once the number of days you set has passed.
