Your website already is the FAQ
Classic FAQ chatbots make you write every question and answer twice: once on your website, once in the bot's flow builder. Then the two drift apart. You change your opening hours, your prices or your return window, and the bot keeps saying the old thing.
A chatbot trained on your website works the other way round. It reads the pages you already keep up to date — services, prices, policies, about, contact, product pages, articles — and answers from those. When you update a page, the next daily read picks it up. There is nothing to keep in sync.
Set up in about five minutes
- Sign up with your e-mail and enter your website's address.
- We read its public pages in about a minute and show you what was found.
- Chat with your assistant on the spot, and see a check of which common questions your website already answers — and which it doesn't.
- Paste one line of code into your site. The chat button appears in the bottom-right corner.
It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and any other site where you can add a line of code; see the installation guide.
It answers only from your pages
The assistant is instructed to use your website and nothing else: no general knowledge about your industry, no guesses about prices, no invented opening hours. That rule matters most for the questions your site does not answer, which every site has.
Are you open on Sunday?
Yes. On Sundays we are open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., as listed on our Contact page.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
I don't have information about gift vouchers. I can pass your question to the team, or you can e-mail them at [email protected].
The second answer is the important one. A general-purpose chatbot would happily say "yes, we offer gift vouchers" because many businesses do. Ours says it does not know, because your website does not say. Read more in an AI chatbot that doesn't make things up.
Unanswered questions become your to-do list
Every question the assistant could not answer is listed in your dashboard, with the visitor's own words. This is the most honest FAQ research you will ever get: real questions, from real visitors, that your website does not answer yet. Add the answer to the right page, and from the next read on the assistant uses it.
When a visitor needs a person — or asks for one — the conversation is passed to you by e-mail, Slack, Discord or Telegram. From the chat apps you can reply and the visitor sees your answer in the chat window while it is open.
Standard answers: common questions get faster and cheaper
Most visitors ask the same twenty questions. The assistant keeps a library of standard answers it learned from questions it answered well. Each entry records which parts of your website its facts came from, and it is only kept if every link, e-mail address and number in it is found in those parts.
- A recognised question is answered from its entry, which is quicker and uses far less of the model.
- When a page an entry came from changes, the entry stops being used until you approve or rewrite it. It is not silently kept.
- You can see every entry, approve it, rewrite it in your own words, reject it, or write new ones.
- If an answer was wrong, mark it in the conversation; your correction becomes the standard answer.
In your visitors' languages
Visitors can write in their own language and the assistant replies in it, from your pages — even if your website is only in English. Its buttons and fixed words follow the visitor's browser language, and your dashboard is available in 12 languages.
Good fits, and where it is not the right tool
It works well for any website whose answers are written down: shops, studios, clinics' practical information, agencies, SaaS help pages, tour operators, schools and clubs. It is not a booking system, it does not take phone calls, and it does not answer from information that is behind a login or only in your head. For those questions, it hands over to you.
Price
Free for 30 conversations a month on any website, no card needed; a small "Powered by 7x24hrs" line shows in the chat. Paid plans are $19 for 90, $59 for 275, $199 for 1,000 and $1,099 for 6,000 conversations a month, with no overage charges. See pricing.
Questions
Do I have to write questions and answers?
No. It answers from the pages already on your website. You can add or rewrite standard answers if you want to, but you don't have to.
How often does it read my website?
Once a day, automatically. A Shopify store connected through our app is read every 30 minutes.
Can it read pages behind a login or PDFs?
It reads your public web pages. Anything only available behind a login is not read, so the assistant will say it doesn't know and pass the question to you.
What if it gives a wrong answer?
It is still an AI and can make mistakes, which is why the chat is labelled as an AI assistant and you can read every conversation. Mark a wrong answer and write the right one: it becomes the standard answer for that question.
Will it slow down my site?
The chat loads separately from your page (the script is async) and only opens when a visitor clicks it.
